Tom Woodyard is a principal of the company and he has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate in Lee County. Tom specializes in the acquisition and disposition of commercial and industrial properties. He is a member of the Greater Fort Myers Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Board of Realtors. Tom was awarded the coveted 2006 CoStar Power Broker award from CoStar Group, Inc. for recognition as one of the top brokers in Southwest Florida. He is also an active member of the Real Estate Investment Society and serves on the Governing Board of Directors, the Southwest Florida CCIM Chapter, the Commercial Investment Professionals and the Building Industry Association.

Todd Holman has more than 22 years of commercial real estate experience, and he specializes in office, retail and industrial Development sales and leasing. Todd offers clients a comprehensive understanding of the expectations and needs of the developer, users, landlord and tenants for a successful project. His experience is an essential tool for his clients to maximize their potential. Todd was recently awarded the coveted 2006 CoStar Power Broker award from CoStar Group, Inc. for recognition as one of the top ten leading office, industrial, and retail brokers in Southwest Florida. Todd is the only broker in Southwest Florida to receive the award in all three business areas.

Steve Wood specializes in leasing and sales of commercial real estate land, office and industrial properties. Steve is a Fort Myers native, and he began his real estate career selling residential income properties. Growing up in Southwest Florida gives him a unique understanding of the dynamics of the local market. He stays involved with local social and business groups in the community, this helps him keep up to date with today's ever changing marketplace. Market knowledge is the key to better serving the needs of your clients in order to achieve the success they expect. He is a member of the Commercial Investment Professionals and the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach and also the National Association of Realtors.

Honorà Jacobus specializes in sales and leasing of commercial real estate land, retail and industrial properties. Honorá is a member of Commercial Investment Professionals, the Lee County Board of Realtors, the Real Estate Investment Society, and the Women in Business Committee. Honora’ was recently awarded the 2007 Power Broker award from Costar, in recognition as one of the top ten leading industrial brokers in Southwest Florida. In 2006, the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce honored her by selecting her as a finalist for the first annual APEX Woman in Business award. As an active member of the community, Honorá serves on the Board of Directors of Abuse Counseling and Treatment (ACT), the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, and Special Equestrians of Lee County. She is also an active supporter of the United Way. Before joining the firm, she spent more than 25 years working in several high-level sales and management positions.

John Kremski is a CCIM, and specializes in industrial and investment properties. John began his real estate career as an appraiser, and he served as the Planning Director for City of Fort Myers. John is actively involved with the Lee Alliance for Retarded Citizens, the DIAD, the Southwest Florida Regional Development Corporation and the Southwest Florida CCIM Chapter. He has a Bachelors' degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.

Robyn Wright is a Transaction Specialist. She specializes in tenant representation and the obtaining of medical office space. Her expertise includes working one-on-one with the medical community in relocation, office expansion, facilities management, build-to-suit, and acquisition’s of medical buildings. Robyn has nearly thirty years of healthcare experience, the last twenty-five years spent here in Southwest Florida. Robyn’s diverse background in real estate, and her list of contacts throughout the region in planning and zoning, engineering, appraisals, and law, make Robyn a valuable asset to anyone looking to lease, purchase, or develop commercial or medical office space throughout Southwest Florida.

Alex Wright is a CCIM, specializing in leasing general office and medical space, and site selection and acquisition. He is a native of Southwest Florida. Alex is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration from a local university. He is in the process of acquiring his CAM (Community Association Manager) license. In his time off he enjoys golfing, boating and running.

Carrie Vincent is a licensed real estate agent who works directly with Tom Woodyard. She is responsible for negotiating contracts related to the sale and lease of commercial properties, and ensuring client satisfaction. Carrie has more than 25 years of experience in the legal field. She has earned her paralegal certificate, and has worked for firms specializing in the practice of real estate, environmental and corporate law. In addition, Carrie also has extensive background in banking and executive management. She is a member of the Greater Fort Myers Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Board of Realtors.

Gloria Hooper specializes in premier residential property sales including waterfront homes, build-to-suit opportunities and residential lots in Southwest Florida. Gloria represents a seller who has pledged a significant donation from the proceeds of each sale to further cancer research. Originally from New England, she owned a catalog and retail business for 20 years.

Eva Hedman is the Contracts Coordinator. Eva is responsible for processing all executed contracts, reviewing title and closing documentation and ensuring that all critical dates are followed up on in a timely manner. Eva brings a strong background in commercial development, as well as 11 years with a fortune 100 company as a sales and use tax analyst. Eva has her Business degree from Sweden, is fluent in Swedish and has resided in Lee County for 14 years.

Sandra Checo is fluent in Spanish and brings years of experience with her from her positions held as the Assistant to the General Manager of a local engineering firm and as the Legal Assistant for a real estate attorney in VA. Sandra is originally from New York, New York
